We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, company information), information generated through use of the service (3D scans, project data, usage data), and technical information (IP address, device type, operating system).
3. Purpose of Processing
We use the information to deliver and improve the service, bill correctly, communicate with you about the service, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not process personal data for purposes incompatible with the original purposes.
4. Legal Basis
Processing of personal data is based on contract (to deliver the service), consent (for marketing), legitimate interest (to improve the service), or legal obligation (accounting and statutory reporting).

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with subcontractors who process data on our behalf (data processors), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. All data processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Personal data is stored in Norway with approved providers. We use encryption, access control, and regular security assessments to protect your data. We store information for as long as necessary for the purpose, or as long as required by law. 3D scans and project data are stored encrypted.

We use necessary cookies for the website to function. For analytics, we use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and is fully GDPR-compliant. We do not use third-party cookies for advertising.

We may update this privacy policy as needed. Significant changes will be notified via email or in the service. The current version is always available on this page.
