- No — not for all features. The Inspection Assistant (voice note to AI report) and 2D to 3D (drawing editor in the browser) work on any device without LiDAR. LiDAR-based 3D scanning requires iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or iPad Pro (2020 or newer).
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing period.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Yes, anytime. You can continue with Max (€89/month), switch to Basic (€30/month), or cancel — with no commitment. You won't lose your data.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. We use encrypted storage and daily backups. All data is stored in Norway in compliance with GDPR.
- Can I use Wenn Property outdoors?
- LiDAR scanning works indoors. For roofs and facades, enter the address — Wenn Property fetches areas and dimensions from public registries automatically.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
