Do I need an iPhone with LiDAR?: No — not for all features. The Inspection Assistant (voice note to AI report) and 2D to 3D (drawing editor in the browser) work on any device without LiDAR. LiDAR-based 3D scanning requires iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or iPad Pro (2020 or newer).
Can I change plans at any time?: Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing period.
What happens after the trial?: You try Max free for 30 days. After that you can continue with Max (NOK 1,499/month), switch to Basic (NOK 350/month), or cancel. You won't lose your data.
Is my data secure?: Yes. We use encrypted storage and daily backups. All data is stored in Norway in compliance with GDPR.
Can I use Wenn Property outdoors?: LiDAR scanning works indoors. For roofs and facades, enter the address — Wenn Property fetches areas and dimensions from public registries automatically.
