Wenn Property was founded on a simple observation: construction professionals spend far too much time on measuring, note-taking, and putting together quotes — time that should go into the actual craft.
We built a tool that uses iPhone and LiDAR to scan rooms in minutes, structure observations with AI, and share documentation professionally with clients and suppliers. Not a project management system — but a solid foundation for the decisions that follow an inspection.
Today Wenn Property is used by builders, property managers, and surveyors across Norway. From solo contractors to municipalities — everyone deserves a solid starting point for every job.
